I purchased their Power Version for $175 approximately a week ago and was initially pleased with the model. However, I found an error in their macros/model double counting certain staffing inputs and have been trying to reach someone for days for assistance to unprotect and correct the macro/model to no avail. I have called their support phone number several times, which goes to email, and left several messages. I have also emailed several times to their suggested email address yet still have not received any response. We need the model completed for our investors but have been unable to reach anyone to provide support. By the way, their website shows a live chat option which is never available. I thought we would be able to reach someone, but their support is horrible with no response at all. I hope to hear from someone at some point since we spent significant hours/days completing the model only to find the error in the final P&L report.

EZ Numbers: This was an unfortunate situation. We communicated with this gentleman in London, and then for some reason did not receive subsequent e-mails that he sent. So his frustration is genuine and reasonable. When I finally did get an e-mail, I e-mailed him, called him, processed an immediate refund, and offered to still address any issues if he wanted us to. I am the creator and owner of EZ Numbers, and have been here since Day 1. If anyone who reads this is interested in EZ Numbers, but concerned about our service, send me an e-mail at [email protected]. We'll give you a fully functional license to the software for free, and once you try it out, you can then send in payment if you're satisfied. The gentleman who wrote this review also said he'd remove it, but I'm not about to pester him about it. Paul Hynek
